First 6 months’ service is on us - you sit back and relax. Any product or installation concerns during this period will be fully taken care of by our team. After the initial 6 months, service visits will be charged at 500 per visit.

Note:

Warranty covers parts, components, and functionality under normal residential usage conditions.

Exclusions

The Warranty does not cover:

No warranty on fabrics and remote controllers.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
Natural wear and tear, discolouration due to prolonged exposure to sunlight or humidity.
Damage from external factors like moisture ingress, pests, structural changes at the site, or electrical surge systems.
Commercial or industrial usage unless explicitly covered under a separate agreement.
